Spice Sensation Cous Cous has a chilli spice tang with vegetables and sunflower seeds. It is perfect for lamb dishes, burgers and falafels and much more. It is a little bit spicy, but not too hot that it beats the taste of the food. It can be served hot or cold.

It is very easy to prepare and cook. Scoop up the desired amount into a bowl and pour in freshly boiled water. Let it stand for 3 minutes. Stir it a little and serve.
